• 500 gr veal
• 250 gr champignons
• 1 small leek
• 1 smaller onion
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons spicy ajvar PERUSTIJA
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon mustard, sunflower oil
• 2 clove of garlic
• a mixture of spices
Veal chop on the sticks, Champignons on quarters, leeks and onion on cubes and garlic blend it. On a little oil fry the leeks, onion and garlic, and then add the beef, so it briefly saute it to change color. Continue cooking under steam and fill-up water as needed until the meat become half soft. Then add Agaricus, soy sauce, ajvar PERUSTIJA, mustard and spices to taste, and continue with cooking under steam until all ingredients are tender and the dressing did not get the desired consistency. Then, sprinkle with parsley.
The finished dish you can enfold in bacon pieces and combine it with mashed potatoes.
